The plant has the capacity to manufacture, on a single-shift bases :

10 million coated tablets / month.

6 million hard gelatin capsules / month.

5 million multiparticulate capsules / month.

20 million units of blister – packs / month

6 tonnes of nonpareil seeds / month.

5 tonnes of coated multiparticulates / month.

The company at present utilizes 50% of the existing capacity. Zim Laboratories Limited can offer 25% of the currently utilized capacity to its contract mfg. partners, on round-the-clock basis, with accountability, credibility, experience and security.
